THERMOLITE® FAR INFRARED technology has been developed to help knitters, brands and retailers meet the growing need for high-tech warming performance in everyday socks and hosiery too. When knit into legwear, our proprietary far infrared (FIR) fibers use the body's own infrared energy to generate heat. The garment retains gentle warmth to help consumer's legs and feet stay comfortable longer in cold weather.

These special fibers have a surface area 25% greater than a conventional thread, providing a transport system that moves moisture away from the body to the outside, where it dries faster than any other fabric.
