Refund policy

If you wish to return the product, you will have up to 30 days to do so. 

Return instructions:

1. Place the product in its packaging with the original label, as received. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of products that have already been worn.

*The buyer will be responsible for the payment of any fees requested during the return process. 

Once the returned product is received and approved, we will issue a refund via the payment method used for the purchase.

WARRANTY

If you receive a product in poor condition, please contact info@sporcks.com. Sporcks will bear all costs incurred and seek a solution as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a change, simply return your order and place a new one. Contact our customer service to receive a free shipping coupon for your new order.
