If you wish to return the product, you have a maximum of 30 days to do so.
Return conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be returned in its original, unopened blister packaging.
- It must be placed inside protective outer packaging (this can be the original packaging or another one) to prevent the product from getting stained or damaged during transport.
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of products that are opened, used, or that arrive without adequate protection during shipping.

*The buyer will be responsible for any customs duties requested during the return process.
Once the return has been received and approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
SPORCKS ENDURANCE S.L is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER's personal data and informs the USER that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:
Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make it possible to carry out commercial communications. How long will we keep your personal data?
It will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, or for as long as required by applicable legal provisions for its retention; once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization or complete destruction of the data.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except, where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The rights afforded to the USER are:

The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to attend to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes to it.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with adequate information so that they can exercise these rights.

SHIPPING AND RATES.
SHIPPING TO SPAIN
We offer free shipping to Spain on orders over €40. Otherwise the price will be €3.99. Delivery time is 24/48 business hours.
*Canary Islands included, however delivery may take longer than expected due to local customs procedures.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
- Standard Shipping
All European countries include free shipping on orders over €55. For orders below this amount it will be €7. Sporcks covers any additional fees and taxes required to process the shipment. Once the order has been processed there will be no extra charge. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.
Turkey, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland must pay special customs duties upon arrival. This surcharge is not Sporcks' responsibility.
- Express Shipping
We offer a fast shipping option with the DHL Express service. It has a fixed cost of €15. Delivery time will be between 1-2 business days; orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) will be shipped that same day.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
- Standard Shipping
Shipments outside Europe include free service on orders over €100. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be €9. Additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, that may apply upon arrival at the destination are not Sporcks' responsibility. For example, in the case of the United Kingdom, an additional charge related to taxes or duties may need to be paid before receiving the package.
- Express Shipping
We offer a fast shipping option with the DHL Express service. It has a fixed cost of €15. Delivery time will be between 1-2 business days; orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) will be shipped that same day.
