Sporck.com accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit cards or bank transfer. Using bank transfer will take a bit longer until it is despatched from our warehouse.
Sporcks.com is not able to access your bank details at any moment, our Bank platform will be in charge of your transaction. Personal details will be used in strict confidentiality.
ExChange and returns:
Sporcks return policy is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund.
Returns will be sent to our warehouse by the client taking care himself for the expenses.
NOTE: If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep product and label in the original packaging until you have decided wheter or not you wish to keep it. When change or return contact email@example.com with your invoice number, transaction reason and personal details.
Once we receive the product for return automatically a code will be generated with your billing quantity without shipping expenses. Once you receive your code you will be able to use it during 1 year.
On the other hand, if you would like to make an exchange on your purchase due to fabric or manufacturing fault Sporcks will take care of all shipping expenses. We will try to replace your order as soon as possible with the same product, or in case we found it out of stock with a similar characteristics.
We will send your order in a estimate time of 48hours always on working days, with our delivery agency: ASM. We recommend the delivery on working location. Once on agency you will receive more information on your personal e-mail.
Orders for delivery in Spain are 3€, and will be completely free starting at 35€ basket´s value.
Orders delivery in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, UK, The Netherlands, Luxembourg or Austria are 11€, and will be completely free starting at 100€ basket´s value.
